By currently I don't mean "this season" which is when tourists from the all over the northern hemisphere pounce all over Pattaya Thailand in droves…And I am also not referring to the trendy "Bankokeans" buying second houses here for purposes of leisure… I mean that real estate in Jomtiem has a wide array of sizes, purposes and prices, and is a benefit to sellers and buyers alike.

Also referred to as Chom Tian, over recent years many apartment projects have been built in Jomtien, boosting its real estate market, marketing many luxurious houses to expatriates.
